Do you use GIMP? And if so know the sparks brush with the paint tool? xD
Under all the options you can tick, tick apply jitter and drag the bar by the amount you want it to jitter around the line you draw instead of making a straight line like normal. Try it and you'll know what I mean~ xD
You can change the colour of the sparks... Well the way I know anyway by selecting a pencil or paint or airbrush tool, any really on the usual circular brush. Under the drop down menu for mode select colour and it shall replace the colour of the sparks to the colour you have on the pallet.
